No, except for the sleeves, they are not really sheer. The body of it has a thin but not see-through lining, so is not sheer at all.

Is this a stretchy fabric?

Yes, the fabric is stretchy. It is super comfortable, and looks as good as it feels! I love it so much; I now have it in 3 different colors!

Does it wrinkle easily?

No it’s wrinkle free, I dried it in a full load, and hung it up right after… no wrinkles.

What are the care instructions for this? can I dry it on low heat?

I wash mine with all my other clothes and dry them together on medium heat. They don’t need special handling and come out wonderful. Enjoy

Are the arms slim or loose? My arms have large biceps. Need bigger than normal thanks

The arms on my top were more form loose but stretchy. Very comfortable. And my arms are on the bigger side.
